Go to Products, Add new product
Enter the Product name
Enter the product description
Under Product Data, change Simple product to Variable product.
Under Inventory, change Stock Management to Track stock quantitiy for this product.
Set the Quantity to the maximum amount of online tickets you have seats for.
Go to Attributes, and create a new attribute
Set the name to:
Type of ticket
and set the values to:
Adult | Child
Copy paste those lines for accuracy.
Click Visible on product page
Click Use for variations
Click Save attributes.
Click Variations
Click Generate varaiations
Click OK to the message that comes up
Click the whitespace tot he right of Adult
Make sure there are check boxes ticked for Enabled, Downloadable, Virtual.
Set the regular price to the regular non member price for Adults.
Click the whitespace next to Child
Follow the same steps, checkmark Enabled, Downloadable, Virtual.
And set the regular price for a Child (0 if it’s free)
Under Advanced, you can choose to enable or disable reviews.
Under Event Settings
Tick Is this product an event?
Event Type Single
Start Date, the date of the concert
Start Time, the time of the concert
End Time, the end of the concert
Timezone:
Auckland/Pacific
Venue:
Old Library Building, 7 Rust Avenue, Whangarei
GPS Coordinates:
35°42’26.4″S 174°19’05.1″E
Google Coordinates:

Underneath the box there is a section called Short Description, enter a short desription there
On the right, select the Product categories
Add a Product image on the right (not gallery)
Click Publish (or Update if you already published it)
